Greenlight Investment is a 100% black-owned close corporation (reg nr – 2011 / 060148 / 23) with an excellent understanding and experience of the relevant operational work and industry standards within the utility management services industry since 2013. We provide advanced utility management services that include, but not limited to, accurate meter readings, comprehensive utility and energy management as well as smart metering services to the retail, commercial, industrial and residential segments in the property industry. Additional to these services, we also provide plumbing and property maintenance services including internal building repairs, painting, roof maintenance, as well as pipe repairs and installation of water meters.

With our expertise we can conduct technical investigations into common utility challenges, provide prepaid and postpaid metering, account analysis and reporting as well as other electrical installations.
Greenlight Investment is registered with the NHBRC (nr 3000271425) and thus provides additional maintenance services like renovations and plumbing for commercial and domestic properties.

Through our CSI program, we've managed to support soccer teams of young boys and girls respectively by
donating soccer kits and balls in 2022 & 2023 respectively.
This for us is only the first step towards the kind of investment we'd like to pour into the communities
wecome from by helping to cultivate drug-abuse free black communities, particularly black youth, by
providing access to opportunities and activities that can function as healthier alternatives to destructive

Portable Electronic Meter Readers
The portable electronic reader will be used to take readings. The information will automatically be updated on our computer and pick up errors accordingly. Photos will be taken for every meter reading and saved on the PC. Invoices will be generated monthly and sent to clients/owners accordingly using the information from the portable meter-reading device.
Manual and Processing Meter Reading
Reading of municipal bulk meters. Reading of individual meters at units. Calculation of charges based on consumption per units per municipal tariffs
Vehicle, Equipment and Personnel
We will use vehicles and necessary equipment to attend to projects. Our personnel is well-trained for the job and complies with PPE clothing standards and regulations when they visit areas of service. A project manager with experience of 10+ years will be deployed to oversee the project
